We’re looking for heroes! Sure, Roy Rogers and John Wayne are dead, and for our younger generation, forgotten or more accurately, unknown. However, as great as they were, they were but a small element in America’s heroism.
Who are the real heroes? You are. I am. We encounter heroes every day. The vast majority of our heroes aren’t the people we see regularly on TV or read about in gossip magazines or in the sports pages. The real heroes are parents, teachers, husbands/wives, employers/employees, friends/neighbors, or just people of character. They’re people who jump into action when there’s a need. They’re people who make a difference in other people’s lives.
We would like to recognize these ordinary heroes by placing them on our wall of honor. If you have someone who has been a hero to you…either by a single action or a lifetime of dedication…we want to know about them.
We would love to have a photo of your hero! We will contact you with information on how to submit your hero's photo. |
